Villa Aristoteles

FEATURES
Nestled on the picturesque Rhodes Island, Villa Aristoteles offers a memorable stay, predominantly praised for its excellent location, spacious accommodations, and the warmth of its host. Villa Aristoteles boasts an truly exceptional location, making it an ideal spot for beach lovers. Guests highlight its immediate proximity to Ftenagia beach, often described as just a "30 seconds walk away." This prime beachfront access allows for effortless enjoyment of the crystal-clear waters and the fine taverna located right in front of the villa, including "Nick's taverna." The setting itself is considered "one of the most beautiful places in Greece."
However, potential guests should note that the walk into town is approximately "a ten-minute walk." This might be a consideration for those with mobility issues.
🏡 Accommodation & Amenities
The villas at Aristoteles are frequently described as "HUGE," "cozy," and "quiet," providing ample space for families. Guests appreciate the comprehensive amenities offered, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Key features include:
- Spacious, air-conditioned villas.
- Generous and "lovely balcony" or "spacious veranda" offering "wonderful views."

🤝 Host & Service
A standout aspect of Villa Aristoteles, repeatedly mentioned in reviews, is the exceptional hospitality of the owner, Aristotelis. He is consistently praised as a "wonderful person and a unique host," adding a personal and welcoming touch that enhances the guest experience. Many express gratitude for his efforts and a strong desire to return.
Regarding maid service, there's a notable observation: while previous stays reportedly featured "excellent" maid service, one recent review (from 2 years ago) indicated it was "poor." This suggests an inconsistency that guests might wish to be aware of.
🛠️ Areas for Improvement
One review from two years ago noted that the property "needs a bit TLC" (Tender Loving Care), suggesting that some maintenance or updates were due. It was mentioned that this feedback was given at the "end of season so maybe things will be fixed before next year." While the majority of reviews are overwhelmingly positive, this point highlights the importance of ongoing upkeep to maintain the high standards guests have come to expect.
In summary, Villa Aristoteles offers an idyllic retreat with fantastic beach access and a warm, inviting atmosphere, making it a highly recommended destination for those seeking a relaxing Greek island escape.
Great location for F10 beach and Nicks taverna. But needs a bit TLC (end of season so maybe things will be fixed before next year). The maid service was poor. Unlike the last time we stayed when it excellent. It's a ten minute walk into town so not good if you have mobility issues
