Easily the worst holiday experience we’ve ever had. We were taken in by descriptions of ‘5 star service’. It isn’t. We left within 8 hours of arriving and found a proper hotel to stay in. We were refused a refund for what we believed to be blatant misrepresentation. No one wants to take their clothes off in a place they don’t feel safe in. Utterly horrible. Fortunately we found a proper 5 star hotel to stay on Rhodes and saved our holiday

Our first visit to Rhodes and our stay at Viva Tourismo did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived at reception to the beautful smile of Helena, to our immaculately clean room with sunny balcony/sea view, to meeting Nico in the restaurant proudly sharing his delicious home-grown vegetables, everything was perfect from start to finish. Gorgeous grounds planted with over 400 new trees, organic veg and despite the heat, expansively green lawns. Well done all and we wish you a fabulous season...we can't wait to come back!

After long hours of exhausting work, my boyfriend and I decided to go on holiday. As we were tired, none of us looked at the reviews for this place, so we just booked it. Only when we arrived in the late evening did we discover this hotel ( resort ) is the worst place I have ever seen, saying it is five stars. Check the photo. It ruined our holiday, and we had to leave on the second day to look for a 5-star hotel as this was a scam hotel. More than that, we contacted our credit card company to complain about it and to claim our money back, but the hotel owner claimed it back, which we are not happy with.If you are about to book this hotel, please avoid it at all costs. You will not even get your money back, and when you write an honest review about the place, the owner threatens with his lawyers.We found a nice hotel nearby, but because the owner of the hotel did not pay our money back for the days we didn't even stay, our trip cost us double. I wish I had read the reviews before booking to save us some £££. I truly hope this review will be helpful and save somebody's most awaited holiday.Btw, just to add to my review it seems some people write nice reviews about this place. I am surprised! Maybe :1.
