Such a hassle-free experience!We found Yours Car Rental online, via a broker for a great price. After having a horrible experience with another rental company in Corfu last year, we were slightly dubious, but very pleasantly surprised with the service from Yours. They met us at the airport, waiting for us to come through arrivals, then they transported us for the 5min journey to their office where we collected a very clean car.It only took 10mins to complete the paperwork and then we were off in our car to enjoy our holiday. Returning the car was just as simple and straight forward. Perfect experience to restore our confidence in car rentals!

The car hire itself was great. Good quality and timely service. Unfortunately, due to the currency conversion the refund to the card for the refundable security deposit was £67 less than the amount paid, almost twice the cost of the whole car rental! Nobody benefits from this other than the bank. So sad. There should be a hold only!

Avoid, avoid, avoid.Rented a car with them for a week, they told me to fill up the car with “ petrol 95”, and to bring it back with the tank full.The day of returning the car we located a fuel station 5minutes away from them and filled it up with petrol 95.However in the last 5 minute drive to them the engine light came on. They’re now trying to charge us crazy fees because apparently we put in a fuel with was “ poor quality” although we put in the one they asked us to… and we have receipt proof from the fuel station that we put in what they asked. Now they want us to pay almost 400 euros.There are so many other rental companies near Rhodes airport. Stay clear of this one.

Don’t trust them again I did rent a car from tbe as it was near to the airport and they wanted me to pay by credit card which I didn’t have so they offered me to pay insurance and they told me is fine everything that can happen you are covered you need to pay anything so I paid extra insurance and then a motor bike hit me from no where and as I thought I paid insurance it will be fine it wasn’t that big damage I cold they and they told me it was my fault so I must pay 900£ ! They didn’t care anymore about the insurance that I already paid 200£ almost + the rent because it was my fault so I had to fix the car to someone else as i grow up in rhodes and I know people thy fix it for 100€ and when I want back there after the woman that did everything for me so I had to pay again she was like im sorry but I just work here and I must do as they told me when she was the one give me the insurance at first and told me don’t worry you don’t need to pay anything!!! Bad really bad customer service and just trying to rip people off im from Rhodes and they did that to me imagine being there for the first time what can happen!!

Our experience was truly exceptional. Although we initially reserved a Fiat Panda, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new Peugeot 208 instead. The entire process was efficient and smooth, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout. Notably, this is one of the few car rental agencies that doesn't require a credit card; a debit card sufficed for the deposit, which was significantly lower compared to other agencies. Highly recommended!
