Tsampika Rent Moto

We hired 2 scooters from here and had no problems with them, at all. A little bit more expensive that some other rental places in the area, however the vehicles are all in good condition and look as good as new.I only have 1 complaint and that is about the older guy who works here. I hadn't been on a scooter before so I was a bit slow and off balanced the first time I tried, as I was trying to learn and get my bearings. This guy starts asking me why I'm not driving properly and why I cant do it straight away, whilst telling my girlfriend that it'll be a problem and I'm not doing it properly. I got the hang of it pretty much straight away, so if you're trying for the first time like me and this guy starts going on at you like he did with me, just ignore him, he's an idiot.

Very very very very good service from this company, the Quadbikes are extremely affordable and very comfortable! They work extremely good, the customer service from these people is the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. I strongly recommend if you are in Rhodes and need to rent Quadbikes or any motor vehicles, come to Tsampika Rent! I just personally want thank Evrepede for his amazing service, he treated us like a proper family and he will be our friend for life!! Thank you Tsampika Rent and thank you Evrepede!

Fantastic service, nice member of staff who explained me everything with all details. Simply procedure - delivery to the hotel and keys dropped off in the reception , reasonable prices ( scooters from 20€/single day, quads from 60€/single day). Quad in perfect technical condition. I had a lovely day riding this powerfull 450cc ATV - you've made my day. Thank you!

We wanted to give you a feedback about our quad trip this 09/07.Before all, we must tell that last year we did the same trip with Alex and we had a wonderfull experience with him.Erverything was perfectly planed and he was very sympathic and give us many explaination about the island.Today it was really différent.We did the trip with another guide (we don’t know his name because he didn’t even introduce himself). It was just like a GPS because he didn’t tell anything. He wasn’t really waiting for the people who drived slower and when he realised that a few quads were missing (a long time after us, was he looking in his miror? We doubt) he just turned back complaining about it.When we stoped at the beach we maked an appointment to be free to swim or drinking a glass but after he came to blame us because the group was scattered. I wonder why do we had to make an appointment if we were forced to stay packed like sheeps.Finally, the taxi drivers who droped us to the agency in the morning said they will deal with you to know when they had to come to get us back to the hotel. When we get back from the quad trip, the taxi drivers blamed us because they were wainting since 40’ and wanted us to pay more. Apparently you told them we will get back for 3.00 p.m and we were effectively back at 3.40 p.m.We are sorry about these disappointment. Our experience of last year with Alex proved us your agency is really nice and the trip could be wanderfull but unfortunatly it was really different with the guide we had today.

I really recommend this company, very polite and kind young people. There was a possibility to negociate the price while renting for a few days. The scooters were fairly new and the one we rented served us very well. One small disadvantage: they didn't have small size helmets with a shild.
