Have just finished our week away at this lovely resort. We booked a standard room and I was very impressed with the high quality of our room and the facilities, the staff were all extremely friendly. Halfway through our stay we were generously offered the opportunity for a free upgrade (which we obviously accepted!) to our absolute delight we were given our own villa located on the resort which had its own private pool and we were given access to all of the premium restaurants and areas etc. Needless to say the standards at the villa and the deluxe restaurants were fantastic and I would highly recommend booking a villa if that is an option for you.I can not stress enough though that whilst we were staying in the standard room which gave us access to the more basic buffets/restaurants etc we still had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the standard rooms too!I would love to thank all of the staff (especially the person responsible for giving us the upgrade!) for helping make our holiday in Rhodes 2023 a fantastic experience!

Really enjoyed our time at this resort. My favourite aspect was the food and drinks with the all inclusive, the location and beaches, lovely staff like Katherina on the bar. Healthy delicious salads and really fresh fish. Cocktails were so nice, made fresh. Location decent right next to the beach. Only downfall was too many kids.. sorry we don’t have children. We deliberately decided to go in September hoping the children would be back in school. Unfortunately, not very adult friendly, no balance really. Not enough adult areas, relaxing bar had noisy kids games, children took over the pools. I understand it is mainly catered for families (of course) which we expected that but just a little break from that would have been nice. I would recommend some adult only areas (particularly in the relax part) Didn’t get to see entertainment due to this as mainly for kids, spent most of our evenings on our balcony. I would definitely take my children here, but for young couples looking for a relaxing holiday, avoid even outside school holidays. Otherwise lovely place.

Dream Resort for Families!There's nothing that the kids could ask for that isn't available! The ultimate paradise for young and old! There are so many activities that you "have to" choose some of them; it's impossible to follow all unless you're a super athlete. The water park is the place the kids choose every day! There wasn't a day our 5-year-old daughter didn't ask to go there. Fortunately, the area is also for older children, so both young and old have fun.The service from the staff is truly on another level! Always willing to politely assist you with whatever you need! Everything is so orderly that you don't feel pressured, but rather you feel great because everything is under control and organized. Additionally, the resort is divided in such a clever way that you can find the spot that suits you at any given moment! You can easily find quiet areas for moments of relaxation!The variety of food is endless... many restaurants so you're never limited! The rooms are comfortable and functional!In closing, I would like to emphasize once again the exceptional service from all the staff! Highly recommended, especially for families!!!

We were two couples staying at the hotel. Hotel looks very nice and clean. Although it’s a family hotel we had a wonderful time (at dinner there is noisy kids show right next to the restaurant , but it was fine considering it is.after all a family hotel)Food was really nice.Room cleanliness was overall ok although some ants and a cockroach entered the room (probably because we were on the ground floor)- but the staff was really nice and arrived within 5 minutes to solve the problem.Hotel staff are all really nice and helpful, especially Kostas and Maria from the bar which were absolutely brilliant.The sea is about 5-7 minutes walk.

I spent amazing holiday at the hotel. The room was clean, fresh bedsheets, room service meets my expectations. The most pleasant things were pools and animation. Really top! My children had good time and didn't want to back home. The food quite good, the variety of dessert, soft drinks and alchogol. The only thing that i don't like - the distance to the sea, but it's quite acceptable. Would stay at the hotel again. Special thanks to management, that solved our claims immediately.
