Service & Atmosphere 😊
The staff at Atlantica Imperial Resort & Spa are frequently highlighted as "lovely," "very friendly," and "wonderful," contributing significantly to the positive guest experience. Conclusion ✅
Despite minor points concerning entertainment and some operational changes, the Atlantica Imperial Resort & Spa remains an overwhelmingly positive choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Rhodes. Its combination of outstanding food, beautiful rooms, excellent pools, and friendly staff makes it a top-tier destination for those seeking a high-quality Greek island getaway.
Although we didn’t stay at this hotel we visited it for the day for our friends wedding and it was absolutely at this world. We was all inclusive all day, stayed for breakfast wedding lunch and had as many cocktails as we could get through in the 12 hoursThe staff are amazing. The location was amazing. The pools and everything we see was amazing.Extremely well-made cocktails I have to addYou can definitely see where the extra few pounds you have to spend stay in this hotel goes
Our first time holidaying in Greece, and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Wonderful doesnt even begin to describe our time here. We enjoyed a two week stay and honestly couldn't find any faults with what we got.The room was spacious and had everything we needed, and was cleaned immaculately every day. The pool was big enough, and was never crowded. The buffet food was varied every night and it far exceeded my expectations of previous hotels standards. We never found the need to eat outside of the hotel as the food was genuinely that good. There were plenty of activities to participate in during the day, and the entertainment of an evening was varied.I have to also credit the staff that work at the hotel. The receptionists, the waiters/waitresses, cleaners, bar staff, everyone was polite and going above and beyond to offer a great customer service. They were always happy and its nice to see such a happy and motivated team of people.I want to give a special mention to two of your employees in particular, who were both really hard working and lovely ladies. Cecile who runs the fitness and aqua fitness classes was a lovely woman who made sure we were all happy and motivated to exercise and have fun during the day. And Lea who ran the 'animation' sessions with darts, shuffleboard, the quiz etc. She was absolutely great in getting everyone to join in with the games etc, and was a great quiz host too. Both of them are a massive credit to the hotel's high level of quality and I really hope they receive the recognition they deserve!I also am very happy that the hotel looks after the various cats and kittens that live on the site, they are well looked after and always have plenty of food and toys to play with, and they also take donations with help to medicate and feed the cats too!I will definitely be looking at staying here again, which I have never done before at previous hotels. Thank you for the lovely holiday, yamas!
Spent the most incredible week at this beautiful hotel. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary so treated ourselves to a sea view room but what we were allocated was a pool and sea view room. This exceeded my expectations! Location was perfect and our room was spacious and comfortable. We were given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and fruit on arrival which was a lovely touch. As a foodie, I was thoroughly impressed with the wide variety of food on offer and the standard was definitely 5*. They cater for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the desserts and looked forward to trying new cakes each day.The hotel itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly. I'd like to thank Maria for helping my husband organise a surprise romantic dinner for us overlooking the beach. It was an amazing night that I will never forget.Being all inclusive, we were able to book a meal at one of the a la carte restaurants, so we chose to eat at Ginger. This was one of the best meals I've eaten in a long time so I highly recommend a visit.I absolutely loved our stay and I wouldn't hesitate booking another visit.
The hotel is more than 5 star . We stayed all inclusive. The room was large and the view was amazing. The food was amazing with a variety to choose from. The staff were very helpful and they went above and beyond to help you. The lounge bar staff nikos and orsey made us fill special and made time for us too.
