✨ Overall Impression
Baia di Kolymbia presents itself as a potentially beautiful and tranquil spot on Rhodes Island, ideal for those seeking a less crowded beach experience with scenic views of a harbor and chapel. However, prospective visitors should be aware of inconsistencies in service quality and pricing transparency at the on-site establishment. While the natural setting receives praise, the operational aspects of the commercial offerings appear to be areas where improvement is needed to ensure a consistently positive visitor experience. Despite some criticisms, its charm and relative quietness make it a noteworthy stop for many.
A tourist friend of mine ordered a milkshake, but got a cup of milk with ice cubes out of a blender instead. They charged him €6,50 for that. When I confronted them in Greek, they quickly made another with ice cream and milk.No personnel to be found at the beach, no apologies and charging too much for their products and beds. It’s a disgrace for the Greeks on the island. Shame on them.
Small bay with harbor and viewpoint with chapel. There are also toilets and a beach restaurant. Unfortunately, visibility in the water wasn't as good as on some other beaches, but there wasn't as much going on. 2 loungers for 15 euros. Found a sea anemone.
