Holiday August 2023. Accommodation, including other services offered by this hotel, is of the highest possible standard. The receptionist - helpful, helpful and always smiling communicated advice, she explained. Cuisine - absolutely fabulous, huge selection of very tasty dishes including very nice service. Rooms nicely furnished, totally clean and tidy according to the highest standards, nice, hard-working and smiling maids. Service at the hotel resort (including swimming pools and attractions) again achieved the highest recognition. The sea is beautiful, clean, with a gradual entrance, plenty of space on the vast sandy beach. The hotel (staff) deserves enormous respect with their human attitude, thank you.
We had a really nice holiday here. This hotel was very friendly to all children. The staff give all to make the people happy. Especially thanks to great animation team ( Karla and her sexy assistant - they were so funny) . Our children love minidisco and competions for adults. Fantastic service great bufet. Booked the hotel based on reviews which seem to be positive but this is not our experience. We had two very outdated rooms with very uncomfortable beds. The cleaning service is very poor, our bathrooms have fungi and rusty areas. The food was disgusting, I can probably count few meals that we ate there. How is it all inclusive holiday when we still need to pay for some drinks or even ice cream for adults! Their cocktails are full of sugary soda and they use the cheapest alcohol. Front desk is very uninformative. We were left without any towels and when I came downstairs to ask for them, there was reluctance to give them to me! Thanks to additional trips we booked and a restaurant round the corner we saved our holidays.
It was my first time in Greece what an outstanding time i had .We booked 10 days in October. This time of the year is the best . The Sea was warm and 27 degrees was more than enough to extend summer.The Staff was outstanding friendly , polite , chatty and always trying to make you feel the best. Food choices for everyone and more than enough. Ill deffo book that hotel again next year . Greetings to the outstanding Bar Lady Seva, the two life guards Vassili and Sortirios.The Pakistani Waiter"sorry no idea how you spell that Name" and last the lovely Shop Lady in the hotel. We had a great family holiday during the top season in August 2023.Long story short:- hotel animators Karla and Adam were great and full of energy. They prepared daily and evening programs for everybody- George from sunbeds on the beach was always kind and friendly. Each time we met he had a nice words for us- we were in new reconstructed rooms with sea view- meals - plenty of types of meals were prepared everytime. I think everybody could pick something.- Everybody from hotel staff was kind- What could be better? - maybe pool opening hours could be longer. Pool is opened untill 5pm.
