The food in the restaurant is delicious. The service creates a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. Special mention to Alexis from the restaurant, who is a great worker in his profession. Every day we felt like their friends there. We would love to come back again

Amazing Hotel and service! Everything was great throughout our stay. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, the staff was very friendly and polite especially Alexis from the restaurant who made every meal very special and the lifeguard Tasos who made sure we had a great time at the pool.We can totally recommend the hotel!

The service from the Reception to Restaurants, Roomservice and so on is outstanding.The food is amazing and very lovely arranged. The buffet is never empty or unsightly. The room as well as the whole hotel area is always very clean. For familys, couples or singles- everyone get's their money's worth. Kids and families have their own areas as well. We felt welcome from the beginning of our journey until the last minute. We'll definitely come back!

The food was excellent. I went there with my wife and we had a day of so we decide to take our lunch at the hotel. We didn’t expect to have that much variety of food especially of fish and meet. You can choose to eat whatever you want. Everything was tasty and everything was fresh. I really liked it and I wasn’t expected to be as tasty as it was. I strongly recommend to anyone who stayed to this hotel to try the beef streak. I really loved it!!

I really would like to give a better rating but comparing with other hotels I've stayed in, unfortunately I can't. In my opinion, this is not a 5-star hotel, in many places there are attempts to hide flaws and shortcomings. In the bathroom, the damage is masked by gluing more decorations, small bugs are crawling on the walls, harmless, but this should not be the case in a 5-star hotel. No cosmetics in the bathroom, only a bar of soap for which, moreover, there is no proper place and you have to keep it on the sink, which makes the soap dissolve and leaves a dirty and unsightly residue. Towels were changed only once during a week's stay. A very big minus for the lack of available bottled water in the all offer, unfortunately you had to buy water yourself. The food is very monotonous, the same every day and little choice. At some point I didn't know what to eat because I just didn't feel like eating the same thing again, the food didn't taste very good, it was bearable. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast was charged extra 2€ which is another misunderstanding for me. Dinner at the a'la carte restaurant is additionally payable and only once a week. One pool bar was closed throughout our stay. The beach is rocky, the entrance to the sea is also, it is necessary to wear water shoes. Very poor animations, during the day they still tried to do something at the pool but in the evenings boredom like in a home for seniors. children were bored, and neither were we, no entertainment, this is also the opinion of several other people we met in the hotel. The hotel is 1.5 km from Kolymbi, there are only 2 other hotels next to it, one shop and a restaurant. I had the impression that all these minuses are related to cost cutting because the previous reviews I read about the hotel were really good, which is why I feel disappointed.
